DC53

DC53 steel is a high-quality cold-work die steel, which has the following characteristics:

Hardness: The hardness of DC53 can reach 62 ~ 63 HRC after heat treatment, which makes it excellent in terms of wear resistance and strength.

Toughness: DC53 is twice as resilient as SKD 11, significantly reducing the risk of cracking and cracking, thus improving the service life of the tool.

Processing: DC53 can reduce the residual stress after high temperature tempering, thus inhibiting the crack and deformation after wire cutting processing.

Performance: DC53 has better cutting and grinding performance than SKD 11, which means that using DC53 can increase the life of the tool mold and reduce the processing process.
