For those parts that need to be severely bent, especially those made of metals with higher hardness, cracks are prone to occur. If the bending direction is parallel to the direction of the metal grain, long cracks may appear.
Waste accumulation
Due to mold wear, defects, or inaccurate alignment, too much metal remains between parts along the cut edge. Once this problem occurs, the tool can be re-aligned, trimmed or replaced, and the gap between the punch and the die can be appropriately increased.
Elastic rebound
Partially released stress may cause the press to spring back slightly after removal. You can try hyperbending or use bending compensation to solve this problem.
